Now, a brief background on myself. I developed an interest in photography soon after digital cameras came onto the market in the late 90s. My early experiences primarily involved photographing family events (birthdays, outings, travel, celebrations etc…). From there, my photo activities expanded into event photography for organizations and clients outside of family.

My preference is to capture images utilizing naturally occurring available light and using supplemental lighting when needed. Post processing is kept to a minimum, preferring instead to keep the resulting final image as natural and true to the original scene as possible.

I have had images published in various publications such as on the cover of the Idaho Business Review's Corporate Event Planner's Guide and newspaper, Treasure Valley Magazine and several front-page photos in the Idaho Statesman newspaper.

Awards include first place at the Western Idaho State Fair in the professional Bridal Portrait category and first place and best of show in the professional Individual Portrait category.
